Welcome to 28 Group Observed (SCIO), a project to chronicle the restoration of the ROC 28 Group and UKWMO Caledonian Sector HQ bunker, and gather information about the people who worked there.

We have created a Facebook page and a Twitter feed to let people know how our efforts are going and this website will eventually become the archive of our work. We will be taking photos and writing about our work to keep you up to date, so please check out Facebook or Twitter for progress updates and check back on this website periodically.

As we progress further and further through our restoration we are coming across increasingly niche challenges to overcome.
